CAN’T BEAT GOOD, PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made the decision to remove an older oil furnace from my home. I did my research and decided on a ductless heat pump. From the very first contact I had with Lisa, I knew it was a company I wanted to deal with. They were very prompt in coming to give me an estimate and explaining what I would need and most importantly WHY I needed it. I never felt I was being up-sold on anything. The guys arrived as scheduled and the work was completed as promised. You’d never know they were at the house except I had a nice consistent heat in the winter and sweet air conditioning in the summer. I recently sold my home and one of the first things the new owners commented on was the heat/cooling source. They were very happy. I was so pleased with the whole experience I recommended my parents give BG Services a call. They did and they also sought two other quotes. They went with BG. You really can’t beat good, professional customer service.

I had my ductless heat pump installed this past spring, and I love it! It kept my home a perfect temperature all summer. With the colder weather approaching, I have it set at 72°F, and it is cozy and warm. It has not increased my Hydro bill either. I almost froze last winter, so I am very pleased with this product and I know it will keep me snug and warm for all the winters to come! I had to call Lisa a couple of times, as I had a bit of a learning curve at first. She was very helpful, and twice sent servicemen out to help me, with no charge. Great service!!! I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Thanks BG Services!

THE BEST WARRANTY I COULD FIND IN THE FREDERICTON AREA

I got 12000 BTU Prestige in the spring and I am very well satisfied with the air conditioning. We have not tried the heating unit yet because it hasn’t been cold enough, but it won’t be long. We have a semi-detached house 1100 ft.² open concept and the air conditioner handles that no problem. Installation went smooth also they have a ten year warranty, and they do not charge to come fix the unit if it breaks. They do charge once a year fee to service it. This is the best warranty I could find in the Fredericton area.

When one of the units failed I thought I would be out of pocket for an entire new unit; however the people at BG went to bat for me and got a major component repaired under warrantee with only a very reasonable service fee.
